This is a challenging week of fun. Participants learn Musical theatre numbers involving dancing, singing & Acting scenes. They are taught theatre craft, and use all this to put on a show in the Sundial theatre on the last day, using full lighting & costumes, as well as the option of using radio mics. The show is performed at 2pm to an invited audience.
They will be inspired and empowered with the knowledge that they gain from the week, we look forward to leading them on this journey.
Open to all students between 6 – 21 years
Age Groups:
Times: 9.30am – 4:00pm
Ages – 6-21 years
Each day is a standalone workshop with different industry professionals and experienced teachers working on a variety of styles during the week.
A sharing of work to parents and friends takes place at the end of each day at 3:45pm.
SStyles include, Tap: Commercial dance, Jazz: Musical theatre dance: PBT; Contemporary: Choreography: Improvisation: Modern theatre dance: lyrical, Street dance: Pom dance & Ballet-classical & contemporary: Drama & LAMDA awards.

*Skills week does require some previous knowledge of dance.

I wanted to say what a great show it was. I came to watch twice and all the students just got better every time! Eliza really loved taking part and it was so nice to meet some more of the parents when I helped out. It is such a friendly and inclusive group and Eliza is loving being part of this community.

Our first summer show and we were so impressed. It was fantastic and all the dancers got their moment to showcase their talent and hard work. The seniors were particularly impressive and both Sophie and Isabella enjoyed themselves and were very inspired. Well done to you and your team for pulling off such an incredible show.
