Cheer Coach
CCDA Phoenix cheerleading will be collaborating with Gloucester Cheer Academy (GCA) run by expert cheer coach, Miss Claire, who having founded GCA in 2004 has over 20 years’ experience of coaching cheerleading. Her teams have had many successes in all-star regional and nationals across the country and internationally. Her academy currently hosts 9 competition teams of various ages, including recreational cheer. Claire is passionate about developing cheerleading across the county and we feel that this partnership and Claire's expertise will take cheerleading at CCDA to the next level.
Miss Claire will coach different aspects of cheerleading, as well as providing top class tumbling and cheer dance pom cheer training, to further progress our cheerleaders and dancers.
Under Miss Claire’s leadership the cheerleaders will have opportunities to show their skills as display teams at South Cerney Duck race, local fetes, the CCDA summer showcase, for competitive work. Her ethos is of full inclusiveness, mixed with a strong team ethic, and developing individual potential.
